On Saturday the 26th of August, we will be running a competition for all athletes in the Tuesday group, the Fantastic Four, we have successfully run this for some years, entrants do a short run, standing long jump, howler throw and a longer run.
Entrants are split into age groups, boys and girls together same age range,
Groups will be:
11 year old
10 year old
8 to 9 year old
7 and 6 year old
Entrants rotate between all events, times and distances will be published on our club website, some of you may know about the power of 10, they don't accept any of the events that we will be putting on.
Cost is £6 on the day, at the end of the competition all will receive a medal.
