Charles Stuart Open Graded Meeting

Hi all, our club open meeting is only weeks away 7th May at the sports village, a great way to find out how you are progressing.

For the Monday/Wednesday group its your chance to accumulate some monthly points. For the ones in the Tuesday group it possibly will be the first time you might compete under a starters gun, dont afraid it will make you jump, just listen, look down the track and when the gun fires, get down that track.

Its important though that you try and do at least one track and field event, as all groups do all round training for events, if your not sure email me.
