This Sunday sees the first NYSD cross country meeting of 2022 at Ormesby Hall, all group members can enter!

Details can be found here, print off a course map and timetable, get your individual race number from the Middlesbrough AC (Mandale) manager, if your unsure who he is or where he is look for Marino the starter in his read jacket.

Arrive at least 1 hour before the start of the first race to walk the course. Prepare for muddy condtitions!!!!!
