For the festive period best wishes to all members of both groups, also to the group coaches Kevin and Kate and not forgetting Jessica who has been helping out on Tuesdays gaining experience for her Duke of Edinburgh Gold award.
First sessions back will be the 7th and 8th respectively, have a great time and a prosperous New Year, lets see for the coming year as many of the group members competing athletically in their age groups, a competition timetable will be posted in the New Year.
