On Saturday and Saturday come watch group and club members compete at the Norther Indoor Championships at Gateshead, Saturday Field Events and on Sunday track events from 9.00am.
Or Sunday a brisk walk around the Richmond cross country course were again group and club members will be competing, races start at 11.00am.
